- MANNA Arcadia is an award winning five-star boutique Design Hotel, located in Arcadia, 2 hours away from Athens, at an altitude of 1200m on Mount Mainalos, next to Vitina and Dimitsana villages, and is a historic preserved listed building of unique architecture and design. (Member of Design Hotels and Marriott Bonvoy).

Job Summary
- Reports directly to the General manager and should lead and elevate the food and beverage services. The role encompasses overseeing operations of the bar, restaurant, room service, mini bar and banquet/event spaces, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maximizing revenue, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the bar, restaurant, room service, mini bar and banquet/event services to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Foster a culture of service excellence, ensuring all guests receive personalized and memorable experiences.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to curate innovative menus and ensure consistent quality food and beverage offerings.
• Recruit, train, and mentor F&B staff to uphold the highest standards of service.
• Foster a collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and staff engagement.
• Participate in building the department’s budget, including revenue projections and cost controls.
• Ensure effective cost management in Food & Beverage operations while maintaining the highest standards of product quality and service excellence. Monitor inventory, oversee procurement, and ensure cost-effective supplier management.
• Collaborate with the events team to coordinate the planning and execution of private events, banquets, and other functions.
• Uphold the Brand’s luxury standards in all F&B operations.
Qualifications and Skills
• Proven experience as an F&B Manager or similar role in a luxury hospitality environment. International Brand’s experience is considered an asset.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional guest service and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
